 The Wroclaw Clarinet Quintet

The Wroclaw Clarinet Quintet was founded in 1995 by Jan Jakub Bokun and four string players, students of The Wroc³aw Academy of Music. A year later the ensemble won 3-rd prize at the International "Chain" Chamber Music Competition in Enschede, Holland and recorded the Mozart's Stadler Quintet for Polish radio.

Today it's members are closely associated with the Wroclaw Academy of Music and Wratislavia chamber orchestra.

Repertoire consists of works by Mozart, Weber, Kokai, Bourgeois, and Piazzolla. A CD recording of Mozart's Stadler Quintet is planned for fall 2005.
